With over five years’ experience in the industry through various roles including barista, head barista, roaster and trainer, Daria Pinchuk (representing Single Step Coffee) brings a wealth of talent to the 2019 World Barista Championships.
As two-time winner of the Belarus Barista Championship, in 2018 and 2019, as well as top-4 finishes in 2016 and 2017, Daria is no stranger to the PUSH tamper, having been awarded one in 2018 to commemorate her Belarus Barista Championship win. She says “being stable and consistent in the coffee shop, as well as at the championship, is one of the most important parts of excellent service.
