We’re here to help. If you would like to return your purchase, please contact returns@clockworkespresso.com within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Please see “Returns & Refunds in detail” below for more information.

Returns & Refunds in Detail:

Returns:

We promise to refund any unused item you are not completely happy with if you return it to us in its original condition and original packaging within 30 days of receipt. 

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to Clockwork Espresso’s error.
  • Any item that is returned later than 30 days from the customer receiving their product(s).

 

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Gift cards

 

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, Clockwork Espresso will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note this may take approximately 5 business days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

Please note, refunds are subject to payment processing times which may vary depending on your payment method and bank provider.

If you have contacted your bank account and still not received your refund, please contact orders@clockworkespresso.com with your order details.

 

Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same item (a straight swap), please contact orders@clockworkespresso.com with your order details.

 

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

Shipping Returns

Before returning your product, please read carefully the Clockwork Espresso’s detailed returns and refunds policy. If you are eligible for returns or a refund, please send your product in its original condition and packaging with any additional components and/or accessories to: Clockwork Espresso, Adamson House, 65 Westgate Road, Newcastle GB, NE1 1SG.

 

You will be responsible for paying all costs associated with returning your item to Clockwork Espresso. This includes all shipping and associated costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your purchase, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

If you are exchanging a product, the time it takes for your new product exchange to reach you may vary depending on your location.

 

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item safely.
