Carlos has been working in coffee for 9 years, opening his own coffee shop in Mexico City and has recently started a roasting project with his wife called Cafe con Jiribilla. He is a seasoned competitor and has previously won the Mexican Cup Tasters and Brewers Cup Championships.
Carlos is a real success story of PUSH – the product was designed with the objective of providing more comfortable, safer and ergonomically-friendly tamping. Carlos had experienced pain during his work as a barista - before trying PUSH.
